Clean bathroom, adequate room size, comfortable bed. Great staff, helped carry heavy bags and got us a spare bed. Rooms are very clean, cleaners are amazing. Friendly front desk staff, private parking, good location. Housekeeping is very good, tea making facilities and iron/board are helpful. Plenty of power points for laptop and phone charging.

The location of this hotel is ideal, with many restaurants and amenities in close proximity. It is also conveniently located near the Western hospital and provides easy access to public transport for travel to downtown. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with modern bathrooms and good television and air conditioning. The friendly and helpful staff make for a pleasant stay.
Some aspects of this hotel, such as worn-out taps and a lack of spoon for tea making facilities, could be improved.
